Use morning & evening as desired. When initially starting this cleanser use at night time only. May start 3 times per week if the skin cannot tolerate the exfoliation
Use Gentle facial wash morning & night if tolerated well. When using at night time, prep the skin with a first cleanse and then follow with Gentle Facial Wash. Disperse 2 pumps to the skin and cleanse for 60 seconds. Remove with warm water & a face cloth if desired.
