HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TREATMENT TO BOOK?
Don’t stress babe - we know what’s best for your skin. Please book a Consultation where we will go through all of your skin concerns & needs. During the consultation we will decide if the treatment path is the right route for you. If we decide to go ahead with a treatment the same day, there will be ample time for the consultation & treatment.
HOW DO THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS WORK?
The Skin Bars virtual consultations are $100. This price can go towards a product purchase if decided. We will reach out to you the morning of your consultation to decide if the consultation will be via facetime or zoom. If you have an iPhone the virtual consultation will be via facetime. If you do not have an iPhone we will send you a zoom link. Please be bare-faced as it is helpful to fully assess the skin.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST IN CLINIC APPOINTMENT?
It is recommended prior to making your first in clinic appointment at The Skin Bar to schedule a virtual consultation with Paige. Great skin comes from 80% what you’re using on your skin at home & 20% what we do in clinic. By scheduling a virtual consultation prior to your in clinic appointment - this will help speed along your desired skin results. Please arrive on time for your appointment, with a bare face. It is recommended to stop the use of chemical exfoliants (AHA, BHA, Retinoids, prescribed creams) at least 4 days prior.
WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO WHEN BOOKING?
At the time of booking through our online booking portal you will be asked to enter your credit card information. This is strictly only charged in the case of a breach in the cancellation/no show/rescheduling policy. The amount that will be charged is outlined in policies.
HOW CAN I SHOP DMK PRODUCTS?
To purchase DMK products you must be an existing client or have been recommended a product to purchase from us. To inquire about DMK products you can email skinwithpaige@gmail.com

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
We suggest budgeting between $300-$800 for your first initial consultation & treatment. This all depends on the products that would be suggested to go home with you, along with the treatment plan provided. Leaving your first initial appointment expect to leave with a full skin regime and potentially having a service done as well. Don’t worry, if you are on a tight budget we can most definitely work within your price range.

CAN PAIGE RECOMMEND PRODUCTS TO ME OVER INSTAGRAM DM?
We ask that for ALL product recommendations and to curate the perfect routine that best suits your skins needs to book a virtual consultation. Our virtual consultations are extremely thorough & we cannot go through all information via instagram DM. If you are a current client and are looking to update your current skin regime that is already curated by us - we can definitely help you pick products that would be best for you through DM.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes! We ship all over the world. In Canada shipping is $12. Shipping is free in Canada if you spend over $150. Shipping to the USA & rest of world is $20.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders placed for shipping gets sent out every Tuesday & Thursday via Canada Post express shipping. Once shipped, it usually arrives at your door within 2-3 business days. If there are shipping delays, that is out of our control.
CAN I REQUEST SAMPLES IN MY SKINCARE PACKAGE?
With every product purchase you do receive 1-2 complimentary samples of products that would compliment your purchase. Unfortunately we ask that you do not ask for specific samples with your purchase as we have different samples at all times.
